When you buy a CIEL application, you have a period of FREE telephone access to our customer support assistance:
For a CIEL Standard Range application: ONE MONTHFor a CIEL Professional Range application: ONE YEAR
During this free assistance period you’ll also receive for free any update made by CIEL, whether it’s a legislative or functional upgrade. After this period you can subscribe to our maintenance contract.
Our Customer Assistance Department is currently made up of 17 technicians taking calls from 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM. (Our average waiting time, as tracked by our digital telephone system, is below 30 seconds).
The Maintenance Contract is valid for 1 year and assures you:
Technical phone assistance, with no limit on the number of phone calls
Legislative modifications and functional improvements
