CIEL Fixed Assets Professional is a cost management program for assets and depreciation, irrespective of the number of assets managed. The program treats all the operations of assets managed. The program treats all the operations connected to assets: sales, purchase, cancellation, partial sales, storage, change of value or remaining duration, transformation in inventory objects, associating references, obtaining specific reports, planning the costs per cost centres.

1. General data
The application is delivered with an "Example" company, in which you can perform tests and useful exercises as while you learn to use the application
The installation of the program needs a minimum of involvement from the user
You can manage users by using passwords and rights of access to companies and to options in the program

2. Basic files
Assets
You can:
       Create an unlimited number of sheets irrespective of the type of depreciation (linear, regressive, accelerated or without depreciation)
       Remove the assets from the sales, cancellation or transfer records
       Frame each asset in a category 
       Changes, removes or duplicates the fixed sheet assets
       Classifies the assets according to their location
The application offers the list of catalogue codes according to the law

Inventory objects
You can issue inventory sheets, in which to insert all the necessary information: location, referent, storage, VAT account, date of purchase, date of commissioning, date of exit, origin, name of the provider, name of account, purchase value, etc.
With CIEL Fixed Assets Professional, you can easily manage the commissioning of stock objects
You can obtain the record of stock objects per location
The application enables you to associate references for the stock objects, as well as to view the history of the references for each of them
You may generate accounting notes for the stock objects. The accounting notes will be automatically transferred in CIEL Accountancy
The application will help you plan the costs with fixed assets, by establishing the budgets per cost centres and period

You may view the history for fixed assets and stock objects:

Location changes
Budget code changes

3. Listings
All listings are available on the screen or at the printer
You can list:
       Monthly costs centralised per account, location, classification code, budget or detailed costs per asset code
       Statement of depreciation sums, purchase sums, residual costs per financial year or depreciation, grouped per account, categories or location
       Asset balance
       Customised reports, using the Report Generator
       Fixed asset sheet, asset labels, account assets, etc.Obtaining comparative reports: you may create and list comparative reports on depreciations reported to the depreciated value or for planned budgets reported to the achieved value (in text or graphical format). Reports are available in estimates
