A new version CIEL Audit and Review - Release Version 2.2 - June 7, 2010
1. The configuration of the society has modified:
the name society changed in entity;
an enter form for permanent documents has been added;
an enter form for the annual documents has been added.
2. A new method to configure the audit/auditor cabinet was added: the abbility to change the configuration of the audit team;
the abbility to grant/deny acces to diiferent menus from the application.
3. The menus in english and french were added:
4. The the possibility to work on several financial years in the same database of the entity was added:
the way of creating the society/entity was changed - at creation the first financial year is required;
in the entity sheet the form of creation and selection of the financial year was added;
reports are listed accordingly with the selected fiscal year;
Each audit section has information relating to the audit the financial year selected, at the selection of another exercise, the sections contain only information entered in the selected financial year;
the dashboard form was modified, adding the possibility to create/select the financial years;
the formula for calculating materiality was changed:
- the calculation is made only at the user command, preserving the changes made till the new command;
- now the calculation automatically takes information from the previous years;
the fast import method has changed - for the balance only the month is asked and for the journal only the current year is verified.
5. The dashboard form was modified:
in the table "LISTA SURSELOR DE DATE" there are also information from PERIOADE DATE IMPORTATE;
the posibility - button - to delete imported data source.
6. The model RAPORT DE AUDIT was introduced with generic forms.
